SHIPPING POLICY

We use AUS Post for all our postage. We can NOT post to PO boxes; if you supply a PO box we will hold your order untill we can get intouch with you to get a difrent adress. You will be supplied a tracking number once your order has been posted. Currently there is a flat $10 shipping charge for orders under $100. This charge rarely covers our shipping cost but we will cover the difference. If you live in the Perth area and can, we recommend coming into our store to avoid the shipping charge. If you need Express postage please put a note on your order and we will contact you the next business day and work out the charge for this service.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind & Custom orders cannot be refunded unless they are completed incorrectly.

If you believe there is something wrong with your candle from a manufacturing issue please contact us within 24 hours of purchasing your product via our email (candlesbybarwick@gmail.com). We will do our best to help you with a repacement or substitute if it is found to be our mistake.
